Entrepreneurs Growth and Business Management Workshop (EGBMW) in Bonga
Bonga EGBM
Awash Bank and the Entrepreneurs Development Institute collaborated to host the Entrepreneurs Growth and Business Management Workshop (EGBMW) in Bonga from November 12-15, 2024, marking a successful joint initiative. The workshop hosted 34 participants, including 6 female and 28 male entrepreneurs from diverse SMEs. Branch Manager Yasayehegn Yakob set a positive tone with inspiring opening remarks, paving the way for an engaging and informative event.
Participants were thoughtfully selected to represent Bonga's SME landscape, enhancing the collective learning experience. Awash Bank’s dedicated staff provided exceptional support, fostering a dynamic learning environment that encouraged enthusiasm and active engagement.
Preliminary feedback indicates strong participant involvement and promising outcomes, underscoring the workshop’s positive impact on entrepreneurs' growth and business management skills.
