Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) round three training at Boditi Polytechnic College

As part of GEW, a Training in Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) was conducted at Boditi Polytechnic College from November 12 to 15, 2024. The training was organized through a partnership between Boditi Polytechnic and the Entrepreneurship Development Institute. Of the 47 participants (27 men and 20 women), all successfully completed the course, demonstrating exceptional commitment, engagement, and dedication. The training included young individuals from three enterprise centers, preparing them for entrepreneurial ventures.

Eyob Zaza and Kelta Lema, both certified trainers at the EBMS TOT (Training of Trainers) level, led the sessions.

Through Boditi's participation in GEW, attendees gained the tools, resources, and confidence needed to start their own businesses. This event provided an invaluable opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to network with like-minded individuals, acquire new skills, and gain critical knowledge about the business world.

Entrepreneurship is never a solitary endeavor. Though it presents many challenges, it also offers immense potential and rewards. By collaborating and fostering inclusive innovation, we can drive progress that benefits both our communities and the world at large.
