The Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training held at Jinka Polytechnic College from November 11–14, 2024

The Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training held at Jinka Polytechnic College from November 11–14, 2024, aimed to equip both female and youth participants with essential skills for identifying viable business ideas and gaining competencies needed for successful entrepreneurship. A total of 29 participants attended, consisting of 8 females (27.5%) and 21 males (72.4%).

This training program was designed to enhance the participants' ability to start and manage businesses effectively. Through practical sessions, participants gained valuable insights into the entrepreneurial process. The training was successfully completed, and all planned sessions were delivered, empowering the participants with the knowledge and confidence needed to pursue and grow their business ventures.
