An Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training program at Arbaminch SATA Business and Technology College.

In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), we conducted a transformative Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training program at Arbaminch SATA Business and Technology College. Held from November 11 to 14, 2024, this four-day training brought together 38 participants (20 males and 18 females) from SATA College, including current students and recent graduates.

The program focused on promoting entrepreneurship as a viable career path, equipping participants with essential business skills such as opportunity identification, innovation, and strategic planning. Designed to inspire and empower, the sessions provided practical tools and techniques to help participants navigate the entrepreneurial landscape confidently.

The training fostered a mindset of creativity and resilience, encouraging attendees to view challenges as opportunities for growth. By the conclusion of the program, participants demonstrated a renewed passion for entrepreneurship, armed with the knowledge and confidence to pursue their business ambitions.

This initiative aimed to go beyond skill-building by igniting a drive for innovation and self-reliance, contributing to the creation of a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through programs like this, we aim to empower future leaders and support their journey toward creating meaningful change in their communities.
