The Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training program was held from November 18–21, 2024, at Ceiz City Administration in Shey Bench Secondary School, South West Ethiopia. The four-day program engaged 40 participants (21 males and 19 females), primarily unemployed youth aged 24 and above, who are planning to start businesses in the near future. The training emphasized essential skills for business startups, including idea generation, opportunity identification, and business planning, while highlighting the importance of cultivating a positive mindset for entrepreneurial and personal success. By introducing participants to the traits and competencies of successful entrepreneurs worldwide, the program empowered them with practical tools to transform their ideas into viable business opportunities.

The training concluded successfully, with certificates awarded to participants by EDI Ethiopia. The city manager delivered an inspiring message, pledging support for the trainees in their future endeavors and recognizing EDI Ethiopia’s contribution to fostering entrepreneurship in the region.
