Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills(EBMS) training is held in Tepi Town for 29 youth participants

The "Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills" (EBMS) training program, held from November 18 to November 21, 2024, in Tepi Town, South West Ethiopia, provided an impactful learning experience for 29 youth participants (8 males and 21 females). These individuals, who are either running new businesses or planning to start one, were equipped with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their entrepreneurial abilities. The program aimed to inspire and empower participants, helping them build the confidence and mindset necessary to succeed as entrepreneurs.

Over the four-day course, participants engaged in various activities and discussions focused on fostering entrepreneurial behaviors, including idea generation, opportunity identification, and business planning. The training was designed not only to provide practical skills but also to shift participants’ mindsets, encouraging them to view entrepreneurship as a viable and exciting career path.

By the end of the program, many participants expressed strong enthusiasm and a renewed commitment to applying the entrepreneurial competencies and behaviors they had learned. Their eagerness to implement the strategies and ideas discussed throughout the training reflected their determination to integrate these skills into their existing businesses or new ventures. The program successfully inspired the youth to take actionable steps toward becoming confident, innovative entrepreneurs.
