An Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training from November 26–29, 2024 at Doma Town

From November 26–29, 2024, an Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was held in Doma Town, Gewata Woreda, South West Ethiopia. The program aimed to provide participants with essential entrepreneurial skills and business management knowledge, empowering them to drive economic growth and create job opportunities within their communities. A total of 51 participants, comprising 43 males and 8 females, attended, marking a noteworthy step toward gender inclusivity in entrepreneurship.

The training was inaugurated with an inspiring address by the Enterprise Office Head, who underscored the role of entrepreneurship in addressing economic challenges and fostering sustainable development. Experts from the Communication Bureau also highlighted the importance of equipping local entrepreneurs with the tools needed to build resilient businesses. Participants actively engaged in interactive sessions, collaborative group activities, and practical exercises designed to deepen their understanding of entrepreneurial practices.

By the program's conclusion, participants had developed enhanced confidence, valuable insights, and practical tools to initiate and sustain successful business ventures. This impactful training served as a crucial stepping stone for fostering entrepreneurial growth and resilience in Gewata Woreda.
