An Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was conducted in Doma Town

From November 26th to November 29th, 2024, an Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was conducted in Doma Town, Gewata Woreda, South West Ethiopia. This training aimed to empower participants with practical entrepreneurial skills and business management knowledge, preparing them to become effective contributors to their communities and the broader economy.

A total of 50 participants, including 40 males and 10 females, attended the training. The training began with an inspiring opening speech delivered by the Enterprise Office Head, with additional remarks from experts from the Communication Bureau. The speakers highlighted the significance of entrepreneurship in addressing local economic challenges and creating job opportunities. They urged participants to actively engage in the training and leverage the skills learned to build sustainable businesses. A mix of lectures, group exercises, and discussions were used to create a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

 

In conclusion, the EBMS training held in Doma Town, Gewata Woreda, was a successful initiative in equipping participants with critical entrepreneurial skills. This training served as an important platform for building the confidence and capacity of the participants, empowering them to pursue entrepreneurial ventures and contribute to the economic development of their communities.
