An Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was conducted in Sylem Town

The Women Entrepreneurship Training (WET) took place from November 27–28, 2024, at the Wodo Municipality Meeting Hall in Wodo Town, Gesha Woreda, Kaffa Zone, South West Ethiopia. This two-day training brought together 60 women entrepreneurs from the region, focusing on enhancing their business skills and entrepreneurial competencies to improve the performance of their ventures.

The program emphasized the ten key entrepreneurial competencies essential for success, including self-confidence, personal initiative, and strategic planning. It provided participants with practical tools to address challenges, foster growth, and contribute to their communities' economic development.

Through a combination of interactive discussions and practical activities, participants gained actionable insights into overcoming business hurdles and adopting a proactive entrepreneurial mindset. By instilling confidence and leadership qualities, the training encouraged participants to see themselves as drivers of change in their local economies.

The Women Entrepreneurship Training in Wodo Town represented a significant milestone in empowering women entrepreneurs within Gesha Woreda, Kaffa Zone. It equipped participants with not only the skills to grow their businesses but also the mindset to lead, innovate, and positively impact their communities' socio-economic landscape.
