An Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was held in Doma Town, Gewata Woreda South West Ethiopia.

 

From November 26–29, 2024, an Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was held in Doma Town, Gewata Woreda, South West Ethiopia. The program aimed to equip participants with practical entrepreneurial skills and foundational business management knowledge to empower them as active contributors to their communities and the economy. A total of 50 participants, comprising 40 males and 10 females, attended the training.

The session commenced with an inspiring opening speech from the Enterprise Office Head, supported by insights from the Communication Bureau experts. They emphasized the critical role of entrepreneurship in addressing economic challenges and creating local job opportunities. Using a dynamic mix of lectures, group exercises, and discussions, the training offered an engaging platform to foster learning and collaboration among participants.

In conclusion, the EBMS training in Doma Town successfully enhanced participants' confidence and capacity to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. It provided valuable tools for sustainable business development, reinforcing the importance of entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth and community development.
