The Entrepreneurship Growth and Business Management (EGBM) training, held from November 26 to 29, 2024, in Hossanna City, brought together 19 participants (15 male and 4 female), all clients of Awash Bank. Hosted at Adila Hotel, the program began with an opening speech by the manager of Awash Bank. The participants, drawn from various sectors in Hossanna, engaged actively in this transformative training.

The training aimed to equip participants with the skills to generate and evaluate business ideas, enabling them to identify viable, feasible, and impactful opportunities. It emphasized the importance of information gathering, strategic planning, and resourcefulness, encouraging participants to develop innovative solutions even in resource-limited environments. Regular business plan reviews, persistence, personal responsibility, and commitment were highlighted as key factors for achieving business success.

Throughout the training, participants demonstrated high levels of engagement, immersing themselves in practical exercises designed to foster creativity and strategic thinking.
