Access to finance Awareness Creation

Access to Finance Awareness Creation: Ato Natnael provided an awareness session for the trainees on the loan opportunities facilitated through the SEED project in collaboration with EDI and the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE). He emphasized that the loan is designed to support individuals with strong potential who face financial constraints, and that proper use of the loan can significantly contribute to becoming a successful entrepreneur.  During the session, trainees raised several questions and concerns, including:  The 12-month repayment period being too short.  The difficulty of finding a government employee to serve as a guarantor.  These questions highlighted the trainees’ interest in understanding the loan requirements and their readiness to explore financing options.
