Access to finance orientation

At the conclusion of the Customized Entrepreneurship Workshop (CEW) organized by the Ezha woreda enterprise , trainers participated in an orientation session on financial access. The session highlighted the SEED Project, which offers startup and growth loans to young people and women entrepreneurs. Trainers were informed about the key eligibility requirements—such as presenting a business license, tax identification number, and commercial bank account, completing entrepreneurship training through EDI, and demonstrating commitment to sound financial management. The orientation also addressed loan repayment guidelines, stressing punctual payments, adherence to agreed interest rates, and the importance of keeping accurate business records to ensure long-term sustainability. Overall, the session was designed to provide trainers with practical insights to better support trainees in securing and managing finance for successful enterprise development.
