Access to Finance Orientation

The Orientation on Access to Finance training event, successfully completed on November 12, 2025, in Dangila town, focused on empowering women-owned Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by enhancing their financial literacy. Organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) in collaboration with the Amhara Women Entrepreneurs Association (AWEA), the half-day session provided essential information on accessing credit through the KIFIYA program. Participants were informed about the legal and procedural requirements necessary to secure financing, as well as the various options available to them. This initiative aimed to equip women entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently navigate financial opportunities, fostering greater economic independence and business growth.
