Awareness creation on productivity and work culture

The main objective is to welcome participants and to highlight the significance of training and its objective. Outcome: participants were clearly understanded the purpose of the taining. The session was leaded by: Betel Eyasu and Mimi Waza Mimi Waza (Trainer of EdI) welcomed the trainees to customized entrepreneur training workshop. she marked the opportunity for all participants to obtain valuable skill and experience that can help them for their future business engagement. she also encouraged every participant to take active part in the training and ended the speech by wishing all to have productive training.
