Awareness Creation Program on GEW 2025 Continues for Junior BDS Advisor Candidates
As part of the ongoing Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025 celebrations, awareness creation programs continued in Mekelle on November 26, 2025. The session targeted the graduating cohort of BDS Junior Advisor candidates. The program focused on enhancing participants? understanding of GEW, its global significance, and its role in promoting entrepreneurship among youth and emerging business development service providers. Candidates engaged in discussions on the importance of entrepreneurial ecosystems, opportunities available through GEW, and how BDS advisors can contribute to strengthening SMEs in their communities. The initiative forms part of EDI?s broader commitment to empower young professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to support entrepreneurs in Tigray and beyond.
