Basic Entreprenuership and Business Management Skill Training

The Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills Training was successfully conducted in Wolaita Sodo town from October 28�31. The primary objective of the training was to equip participants with essential entrepreneurial competencies and practical business management knowledge. Specifically, the training focused on developing entrepreneurial mindsets, enhancing creativity and innovation, raising awareness about self-employment as a viable career option, and supporting youth in initiating and managing sustainable businesses. In addition, it emphasized building participants� understanding of financial concepts, business profitability, and legal requirements related to enterprise development. A total of 37 participants attended the training, comprising 34 males and 3 females. The participants represented a diverse mix of professionals, including lecturers from wolaita Sodo University, TVET instructors, regional NGO coordinators, and job creation officers. This multidisciplinary composition enriched the training environment, allowing for meaningful knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and collaboration among participants from different institutional backgrounds.
