Basic Life skills

Todays November 4 Life Skills training focused on understanding the concepts of internal and external locus of control and how an individuals mindset influences actions and outcomes. Participants explored how people with an internal locus of control believe their own decisions and efforts contribute directly to their success or failure. Such individuals act intentionally, take responsibility for their behavior, and recognize their role in shaping their outcomes. Conversely, those with an external locus of control often attribute their circumstances to luck, external forces, or other people. The session encouraged participants to reflect on their own mindset, strengthen personal accountability, and embrace greater ownership of their choices as a foundation for responsibility and personal growth.
