BDS Certification

The BDS training in Teticha Woreda, facilitated by trainers Asegid Amsale and Yared Kebede, concluded successfully with 31 participants (28 males and 3 females) acquiring practical skills in business planning, financial management, marketing, customer handling, record keeping, and entrepreneurial development. The certification ceremony, conducted by Biruktawit Muluneh, recognized the participants? successful completion of the training, praised the trainers for their dedication, and encouraged the trainees to apply the skills gained to improve their businesses and contribute to community development. Participants expressed appreciation for the practical and interactive approach of the training, reporting increased confidence to start or enhance their businesses, while the overall activity highlighted the importance of continued follow-up, mentoring, and expanding future training opportunities to strengthen local entrepreneurship.
