BDS opening Session

A Business Development Services (BDS) training was conducted in Teticha Woreda Administration with a total of 31 participants, including 28 males and 3 females, facilitated by trainers Asegid Amsale and Yared Kebede. The training aimed to strengthen participants? entrepreneurial skills through modules on entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, marketing, customer relations, and business innovation. Using interactive methods such as group discussions, practical exercises, and experience sharing, the trainers helped participants develop basic business plans, improve understanding of financial discipline, and enhance their overall business management capacity. Despite challenges related to varying literacy levels and limited prior exposure to business concepts, the training was successfully completed, and participants expressed increased confidence to pursue and expand their business activities.
