Build our country together with a mindset of entrepreneurship

The training work shop was about empowering Trainees, Trainers and   administrative staff, and shaping a future built on entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
Entrepreneurship goes beyond simply starting a business. It’s about seeing opportunities where others see challenges, finding creative solutions to local problems, and creating change that lasts. Through this training, our goal is to give you the tools, confidence, and mindset to turn the ideas into real, impactful ventures.
The training held during Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025 at  Assossa Agricultural TVET college , saw robust engagement from the community. Participants took part in the training M=80      F= 70   total 150 was participated.   From Assosa agricultural TVET  trainees, trainers, administrative staff, and self-entrepreneurs different Discussions and Experience share fro entrepreneur was seen. This diverse turnout powerfully affirmed a collective commitment to progress, ensuring that the entrepreneurial spirit cultivated here will be mobilized to strengthen the communities they represent.
