Business Creation Exercise activity

A core component of the Entrepreneurship and business management skill which required participant to engage in real –world business activities outside of formal training hours. The exercise provided hands on experience in managing a business, moving beyond theoretical concept. The attendees actively engaged with the task, gaining practical insight into running the enterprise. One notable participant Marta, demonstrated entrepreneurial success during this exercise she sold orange and banana and she was invested 200 birr and gained 600 birr, she got 400 birr. Following her successful venture during the training, Marta expressed her commitment to starting her own business immediately
