Business Creation Exercise of Round 1 in the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) at Arba Minch University, South Ethiopia

The Business Creation Exercise (BCE) was a pivotal aspect of the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) for participants, consisting of 39 participants at Arba Minch University in South Ethiopia. Over a period of 5 days, participants were tasked with creating their own businesses, providing essential hands-on experience that enabled them to apply the 10 entrepreneurial competencies and 30 critical behaviors for success. Through engaging in practical activities and interactive discussions, participants reinforced their understanding of business strategies and market analysis. This immersive experience fostered a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, boosting their confidence and facilitating valuable networking opportunities. Ultimately, the BCE highlighted the significance of continuous improvement and innovation, empowering participants to take actionable steps toward achieving their business goals.
