Business Creation Exercise of Round 2 in the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) at Arba Minch University, South Ethiopia

The Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) for 41 participants at Arba Minch University in South Ethiopia, the Business Creation Exercise (BCE) played a crucial role. Spread over a period of 5 days, participants were tasked with developing their own businesses, allowing them to gain hands-on experience necessary for applying the 10 entrepreneurial competencies and 30 essential behaviors for success. Engaging in practical exercises and discussions reinforced their understanding of effective business strategies and market analysis. This experiential learning environment encouraged a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, enhancing their confidence and facilitating important connections with peers. The BCE ultimately emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and innovation, empowering participants to take actionable steps toward realizing their entrepreneurial aspirations.
