Certification Program for Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building (PEIEB) in Arba Minch, Ethiopia

The aim of the certification program is to recognize participants' skills in teamwork, group leadership, and resource mobilization developed during the training. As part of the Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building (PEIEB) training for trade and industry regional bureau leaders and experts, a Tower Building exercise was conducted among six different groups in Arba Minch, Ethiopia. Each group received the necessary materials and clear instructions for completing the activity. This exercise provided valuable insights into resource utilization, team leadership, communication, coordination, planning, and team spirit. Participants who successfully completed the training earned a certification, enhancing their credentials in public entrepreneurship and innovation. Ultimately, the lessons learned from the exercise will help participants improve their efficiency and effectiveness in their assignments back at the office.
