Closing speeches by Mr. Kasahun Getachew College Dean As we come to the close of this workshop, let us take a moment to reflect on what has brought us here and what we take away from this experience. This gathering has been about more than just learning new skills. It has been about empowering individuals, strengthening our communities, and shaping a future built on innovation and self-reliance. It’s about seeing opportunities where others see challenges. It’s about finding creative solutions to local problems and creating change that truly lasts. Through this training, our goal has been to give you the tools, the confidence, and the mindset to turn your ideas into real, impactful ventures. Looking around this room today, I’m deeply inspired. We have among us young people, women entrepreneurs, startup founders, and community leaders each of you bringing your own story, your own drive, and your own vision for a better tomorrow. Your participation shows a powerful commitment not just to your own growth, but to the progress of the communities you represent. A total of 62 participants took part in the program, including 23 men and 39 women.
