Conduct a business creation exercise

The EBMS Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills Training focused on building Business Creation skills for 36 trainees, of whom 14 participated in the practical Business Creation Activity. All participants actively applied the training objectives by generating and presenting feasible business ideas. Their strong engagement demonstrated clear understanding of entrepreneurial concepts. The ideas were evaluated based on feasibility, innovation, clarity, and market potential. The activity served as a practical assessment of real business development skills. After presentations, Sentayehu emerged as the winner due to the strength of the business idea. Overall, the activity was completed successfully with positive learning outcomes and improved participant confidence in business creation.
