Customized Entrepreneurship Training (CETW)

The Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (CETW) is a tailored capacity‑building programme designed to meet the specific needs of distinct groups of entrepreneurs—whether by sector, stage of enterprise, geographic location or special circumstances. It helps participants—from start‑ups, growth‑oriented SMEs, to informal enterprises—by adapting the content, pace, language and tools to their unique context. The training emphasises not only foundational entrepreneurial competencies such as opportunity‑seeking, innovation, risk‑taking and information‑seeking, but also relevant business‑management practices aligned to participants’ real business challenges. At the end of CETW, entrepreneurs are expected to have actionable plans, strengthened mindsets and the specific tools required for their next growth step.
