Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop

The recently concluded Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop in Woldia city was a success, gathering 50 new and existing MSMEs, 27 of which were women-led. During the two-day program, an experiential learning methodology was used to enhance participants' entrepreneurial competencies, with a focused curriculum on business planning, goal setting, and business idea generation. The workshop achieved its objective of arming attendees with practical strategies to elevate their business ventures.
