Customized Entrepreneurship Training workshop

A Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (CETW) program was conducted with the objective of familiarizing the trainees with successful entrepreneurial competencies and behaviors that help them to establish a new business or to grow the existing and new businesses as well as to develop the internal locus of control and self-confidence of entrepreneurial mindset. The training was delivered in Afan Oromo language, ensuring that participants could fully engaged and internalized the businesses and entrepreneurial concepts in their local language. The training was also delivered to various categories of people who want to start new business or are engaged in different businesses. The approach emphasized practical, hands-on learning and strictly adhered to adult learning methodologies, encouraging participation, experience sharing, and real-life application of knowledge and learning from each other. As a result, the trainees have been equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge of businesses and innovations, to develop impactful entrepreneurial mindset that meets the needs of local and national demand for sustainable business growth.
