Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop

The Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop held in Alem Ketema successfully brought together 67 new and existing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including 21 women entrepreneurs, for an enriching two-day experience. This completed workshop utilized an experiential methodology, focusing on key objectives such as business planning, developing competencies of successful entrepreneurs, goal setting, and generating innovative business ideas. Participants engaged in hands-on activities and collaborative discussions, equipping them with practical skills and insights to enhance their entrepreneurial journeys. The event not only fostered a spirit of community among attendees but also laid the foundation for sustainable business growth and success.
