Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop
On November 11-12, 2025, a Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop was successfully conducted in Mertolemariam town. The event provided intensive training for both new and existing MSMEs, aiming to build their foundational entrepreneurial capacities. Critical modules addressed business idea generation, the establishment of strategic goals, business plan development, and the cultivation of a success-oriented mindset and competencies. Practical sessions and peer-to-peer exchanges equipped participants with actionable strategies, establishing the workshop as a significant venture for local enterprise development.
