Customized entrepreneurship workshop

In a targeted initiative to bolster economic resilience and entrepreneurial capacity within the pastoralist community, a comprehensive two-day training was successfully delivered to entrepreneurs and SMEs in Kako Town, Bena Tsemay Woreda. The program was strategically designed to empower a diverse group of local stakeholders, with a special emphasis on supporting youth, startups, and women entrepreneurs. This capacity-building intervention equipped a total of 57 participants (37 men and 20 women) with practical business skills and essential knowledge, providing them with the tools to launch sustainable ventures and scale existing enterprises. By empowering this dynamic cohort, the initiative served as a catalyst for fostering a more diversified and robust local economy in the Woreda.
