Customized entrepreneurship workshop

In an initiative to bolster economic resilience and entrepreneurial capacity within the pastoralist community, a comprehensive two-day training was conducted for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Key Afer Town, Bena Tsemay Woreda. The program empowered a dynamic group of 57 local stakeholders—including 37 men and 20 women—with a special focus on youth, startups, and women entrepreneurs. By providing practical business skills and essential knowledge, the training equipped participants to launch and grow sustainable enterprises, thereby stimulating a more diversified and robust local economy in the Woreda.
