Customized entrepreneurship workshop (CETW)

A two-day hands-on entrepreneurship training was conducted in Weyito Town, Bena Tsemay Woreda, aimed at strengthening economic resilience and promoting entrepreneurship within the pastoralist community. The training focused on empowering local entrepreneurs particularly youth, women, and startups by equipping them with practical business knowledge and essential entrepreneurial skills. Participants learned how to transform business ideas into sustainable ventures and enhance the performance of their existing enterprises. By bringing together a diverse group of aspiring and established entrepreneurs, the program contributed to fostering local economic growth and promoting an inclusive, vibrant business ecosystem within the Woreda. A total of 56 participants took part in the training, including 40 men and 16 women.
