Design Your Venture

A three-day "Design Your Venture" (DYV) training was successfully conducted at Bahir Dar University, engaging 30 university students with business ideas and early-stage startups. The program, which included 6 women entrepreneurs, utilized an experiential methodology to achieve its core objectives. Over the course of the workshop, participants worked on cultivating a robust entrepreneurial mindset, enhancing their business concepts through design thinking, and refining their market research using the Business Model Canvas. The intensive session culminated in students preparing and delivering effective pitches, equipping them with a comprehensive skill set to launch and advance their ventures.
