Entrepreneurial Behavior Self-Assessment in Arba Minch University Academic Staff

An entrepreneurial behavior self-assessment was conducted among the academic staff at Arba Minch University. This assessment aimed to evaluate their entrepreneurial competencies and identify areas for growth. A total of 42 participants took part in the assessment, comprising 9 females and 33 males.  Participants completed a comprehensive questionnaire that examined various aspects of entrepreneurial behavior. The insights gained from this assessment will help in understanding the current entrepreneurial capabilities of the academic staff and inform future training and development initiatives.
