The Entrepreneurial Opportunity Diagnosis Training at Alliance College, South Ethiopia, engaged 52 female students with the goal of deepening their understanding of how to identify and evaluate business opportunities. The training provided participants with practical tools and techniques for analyzing market conditions and consumer preferences. Objectives of the training included empowering participants to uncover entrepreneurial opportunities, enhancing their analytical skills, and fostering a collaborative environment for sharing insights. Interactive workshops and group discussions encouraged students to work together, supporting their development as entrepreneurs. This initiative aimed to strengthen women's contributions to local economic growth by improving their ability to diagnose and act on entrepreneurial opportunities.
