Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skill (EBMS) closing

A four-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training program was conducted at Agena Polytechnic College for 22 staff members�15 male and 7 female participants. On the final day, a closing session was held to review the key outcomes and discuss the next steps for continued capacity building. The assigned trainers collected trainee testimonies as reflections on the training experience. One male and one female participant shared their feedback, expressing appreciation for the practical training methods and the support provided by stakeholders in organizing the program. During the closing ceremony, Dean Aschalew presented certificates of completion to the participants and delivered an encouraging message emphasizing the importance of applying the acquired knowledge in their roles within the college and the community. The event concluded with a group photo of trainees, trainers, and facilitators on the Agena Polytechnic College grounds, marking the successful completion of the training.
