Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skill (EBMS) TOT closing, Session 2

A four-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training program was conducted at Agena Polytechnic College for 22 staff members 15 male and 7 female participants. Following the completion of the basic EBMS training, participants engaged in a Training of Trainers (ToT) simulation to strengthen their facilitation skills. On the final day of the ToT session, a closing ceremony was held to review the key outcomes and discuss the next steps for implementation. During the session, the assigned trainers collected participant testimonies as reflections on the ToT experience. One male and one female participant shared their insights, expressing appreciation for the participatory training methodology and the efforts of all stakeholders who made the program possible. In his closing remarks, Dean Aschalew delivered an inspiring message, encouraging participants to apply their newly acquired skills in their future assignments within the college and the broader community.
