Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skill Training

A highly productive three-day training on entrepreneurship and business management was successfully held in Injibara City for new and established MSMEs. The intensive program provided a solid foundation in core business skills, including goal setting, business planning, market research, and financial management. Participants also developed a stronger entrepreneurial mindset and gained practical experience by creating a Lean Canvas, equipping them with concrete strategies to advance their businesses.
