The Training is conducting under the collaboration of Agena Polytechnic College, and Entrepreneurship Development Institute, for Staffs. The training is delivering by two National Trainer Named Dr. Mengistu Anisa and Haftom W/Rufael, This Training is intended to achieve the staffs to build a capacity on Entrepreneurship and Business Management skills, to make the trainee equipped the methodology to become effective and efficient trainer, to develop entrepreneurial competencies that enable trainee to become a successful entrepreneur, The opening speech was given by Mr Aschalew, the Collage Dean
