Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills

The “Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills” module is designed to equip participants with the essential competencies to launch, manage and grow their enterprises. It combines entrepreneurial mindset development — such as opportunity‑identification, innovation, risk‑taking and resilience — with core business‑management capabilities like strategic planning, marketing, financial oversight, operations and human‑resource management. The goal is to empower both aspiring and existing business owners — particularly women, youth and informal‑sector actors — to build sustainable, responsible and scalable ventures.
