Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) Training in Aksum

Running parallel to Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025, this highly focused program has enrolled 40 ambitious trainees committed to rapidly acquiring practical business competencies. The EBMS training is designed to directly address the need for a stronger regional private sector by concentrating on essential, real-world business management skills necessary for growth and sustainability. Over the intensive training period, participants will dive into critical subject areas, ranging from the development of effective business plans and mastering financial literacy to implementing advanced operational and marketing strategies. This initiative represents a strategic move to ensure this cohort is fully prepared to launch and scale resilient, job-creating enterprises, thereby accelerating Tigray's vital economic revitalization efforts.
