Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) Training in Aksum

A significant investment in human capital for economic resurgence was launched on November 6, 2025, with the start of the Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) Training in Aksum. This intensive program, a key activity during Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025, has successfully brought together 40 ambitious trainees who are keen to rapidly master practical business competencies. The core mission of the EBMS training is to directly bolster the region's entrepreneurial capacity by focusing squarely on improving essential business management skills required for enterprise longevity and growth. Throughout the training period, participants will immerse themselves in critical topics, spanning from developing effective business plans and achieving financial literacy to executing advanced marketing strategies. This initiative is a crucial step towards ensuring this cohort is exceptionally well-equipped to establish resilient, job-creating enterprises, thereby playing a leading role in Tigray's ongoing economic revitalization efforts.
