Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills Training of Trainers Simulation

The Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop was designed to build the entrepreneurial capacity of participants and prepare them as future trainers through simulation. The main objectives of the workshop were to develop entrepreneurial skills, enhance creativity, innovation, and opportunity identification, and create awareness of self-employment and business profitability. It also aimed to support young groups by equipping them with essential business skills, strengthen participants� understanding of financial concepts and practices, and educate them about legal and regulatory compliance in business operations. Additionally, the workshop sought to identify and select qualified trainer candidates from among the participants. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants successfully achieved the intended objectives. They demonstrated significant improvement in entrepreneurial thinking and practical business management skills, with better ability to identify and pursue viable opportunities. Their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving capacities were noticeably enhanced. Participants also gained deeper awareness of self-employment as a sustainable career option and showed increased motivation toward entrepreneurship. Through interactive sessions and group activities, they acquired practical skills in business planning, marketing, leadership, and teamwork. The training further strengthened their understanding of financial practices such as budgeting, record-keeping, profit calculation, and investment planning. Participants were also well-informed about legal requirements, licensing procedures, and the importance of responsible business operations. The workshop concluded with the selection of competent trainer candidates who exhibited strong facilitation skills, commitment, and entrepreneurial aptitude. These selected trainers are expected to cascade the knowledge and skills gained to their communities and institutions, thereby expanding the impact of the program.
