Entrepreneurship Goal-Setting Game Exercise Round 1 at Arba Minch University, South Ethiopia

In Round 1 of the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop at Arba Minch University, South Ethiopia, the Entrepreneurship Goal-Setting Game engaged 39 academic staff members in a dynamic exercise focused on the importance of setting clear business objectives. Participants explored the SMART criteria—specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound—as they crafted their entrepreneurial goals. The aim of this exercise was to help participants understand the vital role that effective goal-setting plays in driving success and maintaining motivation in their entrepreneurial endeavors. Through collaborative activities and discussions, trainees realized that having well-defined goals is essential for persistence and focus, encouraging them to apply these practices in their professional lives.
