New and existing MSMEs in Dessie have gained a powerful toolkit for growth after a fruitful three-day Entrepreneurship Training held at W/ro Siheen Polytechnic College. The completed session was a deep dive into the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, guiding participants through mindset transformation, actionable goal setting, sustaining motivation, and crafting a viable business plan, ultimately building the competencies needed for long-term success.
