A highly fruitful three-day Entrepreneurship Training was successfully completed at W/ro Siheen Polytechnic College in Dessie, designed to empower both new and existing MSMEs. The comprehensive curriculum equipped participants with essential entrepreneurial competencies, focusing on cultivating a resilient mindset, effective goal-setting techniques, sustained motivation, and the development of a robust business plan. The event provided a solid foundation for attendees to strategically navigate the business landscape and drive their ventures toward sustainable growth.
