Entrepreneurship Training and group discussion on income generation

Jinka polytechnic college Cluster supports the colleges in the cluster by providing various trainings. To strengthen this support, during the Entrepreneur Week, 3 entrepreneur trainers go to turmi to train trainees in Turmi college. Dean of the college gave an opening speech to administrative staff, trainers and trainees then the trainers were given training on the nature of entrepreneurship, how to become an entrepreneur and mind set. They discussed in groups how to increase the college's income and presented it through the group leader. In total, 54 males and 35 females participated in the training, a total of 89 participants in two groups. During the training, officials from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia were present and explained to us about loans and the use of money. Overall, the trainees expressed their opinion that the training provided good knowledge and stimulated entrepreneurs and created new business idea's.
